针对双侧吹熔炼炉的渣型进行了研究。通过试验确定了熔炼温度、Fe/SiO2和Fe/CaO对熔炼渣中磁性铁和渣含铜的影响规律,发现在1300℃的熔炼温度下,Fe/SiO2为1.1,Fe/CaO为5.5时,熔炼渣中含铜可降低至0.32%。
針對雙側吹鎔煉爐的渣型進行瞭研究。通過試驗確定瞭鎔煉溫度、Fe/SiO2和Fe/CaO對鎔煉渣中磁性鐵和渣含銅的影響規律,髮現在1300℃的鎔煉溫度下,Fe/SiO2為1.1,Fe/CaO為5.5時,鎔煉渣中含銅可降低至0.32%。

This paper studied on the slag type of double sides blowing bath smelting process. The experiment showed the influences of smelting temperature, Fe/SiO2 and Fe/CaO on the contents of Fe3O4 and copper. When the smelting temperature was 1 300℃, Fe/SiO2=1.1 and Fe/CaO=5.5, the content of copper was reduced to 0.32%.
