连续快速的冷冲压经一段时间后温度升高会影响到薄板的抗起皱性能,为研究温度变化对抗皱性能的具体影响,进行了不同温度下的单向拉伸试验和方板对角拉伸试验,并得到了薄板拉伸件在常温、75℃和150℃下的力学性能。单向拉伸试验结果表明,随着拉伸温度的升高,薄板的弹性模量、屈服强度和切线模量都有不同程度的减小。利用得到的不同温度下的材料参数对方板拉伸试验进行仿真,发现试验和仿真的拉力拉伸位移曲线吻合较好。对比仿真和试验结果发现,在研究的温度范围内薄板的抗起皱性能易受温度变化的影响,且随着温度升高先后经历了上升和下降的变化过程。

Thin sheet will be heated after a period of time’s rapid continuous cold forming and its buckling-resistance will be influenced .In order to investigate the consequence of temperature variation on the sheet’s buckling-resistance ,uniaxial tensile experiments and YBT at different temperatures were performed .The properties of thin sheet at 23℃ ,75℃ and 150℃ were acquired respectively and it is found that the elasticity modulus ,yield stress and tangent modulus decrease w hen temperature ri-ses .The finite element simulations of YBT at different temperatures were done with the property’s parameters obtained ,and a good agreement between force-displacement curves of YBT and the simula-tions is found .The comparison of results of YBT and the finite element simulations indicates that thin sheet’s buckling-resistance is susceptible to the changes of temperature and it goes through the change processes of rise and fall when temperature rises from room temperature to 150℃ .
