通过对输油管道 PID 压力控制系统组成与工作原理进行分析,根据工程实践,确定 PID 压力控制器的数学模型。结合数学模型与现场设备特点,分析影响 PID 压力控制效果的因素,提出输油管道PID 压力控制的参考标准,并通过试验验证了标准的适用性。

Through analyzing PID control system’s composition and working principle,the mathematic model for PID pressure controller was established;combined with the characteristics of the equipment,the factors in-fluencing the effect of PID control were analyzed and the reference standards for pipeline’s PID pressure con-trol were presented.Experimental results verify these standards’applicability.
