Visual Basic-based development of the industrial GC chromatogram processing system was de-scribed;and making use of "trapezoidal method"to calculate chromatographic peak area and adopting "peak window"concept to eliminate the interfering peaks were proposed.This can improve the chromatograph’s re-peatability while the accuracy of calculating the peak area is promoted.
