针对如何通过现存的“主被控变量-流量”这种典型的化工过程串级控制实现流量优化的在线优化问题,对在线优化的实现结构进行分析,给出一种流量优化变量通过一阶惯性环节改变主回路被控变量设定值的在线优化的理想方案,通过 CSTR 的仿真实例证明了优化实现方案的可行性。
針對如何通過現存的“主被控變量-流量”這種典型的化工過程串級控製實現流量優化的在線優化問題,對在線優化的實現結構進行分析,給齣一種流量優化變量通過一階慣性環節改變主迴路被控變量設定值的在線優化的理想方案,通過 CSTR 的倣真實例證明瞭優化實現方案的可行性。

Considering the fact of making use of existing “master controlled variable-flow rate”regarded as typical cascade control in chemical process to realize the on-line flow rate optimization,the implementation structure of on-line optimization was discussed;and an ideal method for the flow rate implementation was pres-ented,in which,the flow optimization variable changes the set-point of major control loop via the output of first-order filter.Theoretical analysis and experimental results from CSTR prove the feasibility of this flow im-plementation method.
