目的探讨单通道经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜钬激光治疗复杂肾结石的有效性及安全性.方法回顾性研究2010年4月～2013年7月因复杂肾结石在本院住院,采用经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜方法治疗肾结石治疗的患者,共36例,男27例,女9例,年龄25 ～58岁,平均年龄42.4岁.结石直径大小25～37mm.结果所有手术均取得成功,其中一期完成手术21例,需二期手术15例,无气胸、大出血等并发症,总结石清除率为86.1％.结论经皮肾镜联合输尿管软镜钬激光治疗复杂肾结石是安全有效的,是PCNL治疗复杂肾结石的有效补充.

Objectives To evaluate the efficacy and safty of single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of complex renal calculi.Methods The retrospective study included 36 patients (27 males and 9 females) with complex renal calculi,who were treated by Single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscopy from April 2010 to July 2013.The age of patients was 25 ～ 58,the mean age was 42.4;The range stone size was 25 ～ 37mm.Results All operations were successful,with 21cases completed in the first stage and 15 cases to be completed in the second stage.And no major complications were notes in all patients.The overall stone-free rate was 86.1％.Conclusions Single-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with flexible ureteroscopy is safe and effective for complex renal calculi.
