基于“宽口径，厚基础，重应用”的培养目标，民办院校英语演讲授课模式通过任课教师对课堂的有效控制———认真分析教学对象、明确教学目标、确立选课对象、成立虚拟公司、实施模真教学法、有效控制过程学习、改革考核机制、师生共同参与考核评价，有效实现了任课教师对授课过程的控制和分析，切实提高了授课质量。
基于“寬口徑，厚基礎，重應用”的培養目標，民辦院校英語縯講授課模式通過任課教師對課堂的有效控製———認真分析教學對象、明確教學目標、確立選課對象、成立虛擬公司、實施模真教學法、有效控製過程學習、改革攷覈機製、師生共同參與攷覈評價，有效實現瞭任課教師對授課過程的控製和分析，切實提高瞭授課質量。
기우“관구경，후기출，중응용”적배양목표，민판원교영어연강수과모식통과임과교사대과당적유효공제———인진분석교학대상、명학교학목표、학립선과대상、성립허의공사、실시모진교학법、유효공제과정학습、개혁고핵궤제、사생공동삼여고핵평개，유효실현료임과교사대수과과정적공제화분석，절실제고료수과질량。
With achieving the fostering target marking the features of “thick foundation, wide caliber as well as frequent application”, teaching mode of English public speaking in private colleges cannot work effectively without the varying degree of analysis and control of teaching process from the teacher:know everything about the target students;set up the imaginary companies by carrying out the virtual teaching mode;monitor the studying process and reform the evaluation system. The effective control and analysis of the teaching process of teachers does improve the quality of teaching.
