根据能量守恒建立了注汽井热力计算的数学模型,分析了能量方程中重力势能项的作用,指出了以往计算模型的不足。根据模型编制了蒸汽参数计算程序并与4参数测试结果进行了对比,结果表明二者吻合得较好。在此基础上,计算分析了势能项的作用。计算结果表明:隔热油管隔热性能越好,注汽流量越大,越不应忽略重力势能的影响。当注汽流量为23 t/ h时,无论是 E 级还是 B 级隔热油管、计与不计重力项,井底蒸汽干度均相差1%左右。

AbstraCt:A mathematical model for thermal calculation of steam injection well was established ac-cording to energy conservation and the effect of gravitational potential energy term in the energy equa-tion was analyzed,then the deficiencies of the previous calculation model were pointed out. Steam pa-rameters calculation program was compiled according to the model,then four parameters which come from calculation program were compared with those that come from spot test and the results show that they fit with each other very well. On this basis,the effect of gravity potential energy was analyzed. The calculation results show that the better the heat-insulating performance of heat insulation oil pipe is and the larger the steam injection flow is,and the more we should not ignore the effect of gravita-tional potential energy. When the steam flow rate is 23 t/ h,neglecting or not neglecting the effect of gravity potential energy,both class E and class B heat insulation oil pipe has about 1% difference of steam dryness in the bottom hole.
