针对轿车混合制动器的设计缺乏理论指导的问题,提出了混合制动器结构参数的匹配设计方法,建立了混合制动器的数学模型,并进行了混合制动器的制动性能仿真。结果表明:电磁制动器和电机制动器均符合设计要求;可以通过调节励磁电流的大小来无极控制电磁制动器输出的制动力矩大小;电机制动器能有效回收制动能量以供电磁制动器使用或为其他车载用电设备供电;使用混合制动器替代传统的摩擦制动器,减少摩擦制动使用次数,有效解决了摩擦衬片寿命短、制动产生噪声和粉尘污染等问题。
針對轎車混閤製動器的設計缺乏理論指導的問題,提齣瞭混閤製動器結構參數的匹配設計方法,建立瞭混閤製動器的數學模型,併進行瞭混閤製動器的製動性能倣真。結果錶明:電磁製動器和電機製動器均符閤設計要求;可以通過調節勵磁電流的大小來無極控製電磁製動器輸齣的製動力矩大小;電機製動器能有效迴收製動能量以供電磁製動器使用或為其他車載用電設備供電;使用混閤製動器替代傳統的摩抆製動器,減少摩抆製動使用次數,有效解決瞭摩抆襯片壽命短、製動產生譟聲和粉塵汙染等問題。
침대교차혼합제동기적설계결핍이론지도적문제,제출료혼합제동기결구삼수적필배설계방법,건립료혼합제동기적수학모형,병진행료혼합제동기적제동성능방진。결과표명:전자제동기화전궤제동기균부합설계요구;가이통과조절려자전류적대소래무겁공제전자제동기수출적제동력구대소;전궤제동기능유효회수제동능량이공전자제동기사용혹위기타차재용전설비공전;사용혼합제동기체대전통적마찰제동기,감소마찰제동사용차수,유효해결료마찰츤편수명단、제동산생조성화분진오염등문제。
For the problem that the design of hybrid brake-by-wire system was lack of theoretical guid-ance,the matching design method of hybrid brake-by-wire system was put forward and its braking per-formance was analyzed after the establishment of mathematic model of hybrid brake-by-wire system. Some conclusions were gotten as follow:the electromagnetic brake and motor brake in accordance with the design requirements were certified by simulation. The braking energy can be effectively recovered by motor brake for electromagnetic brake or other electrical equipment on vehicle. The hybrid brake-by-wire system could reduce the use of the friction brake and solve the problems of short service life of the brake pad and the noise and dust pollutions effectively as a substitute for the conventional friction braking.
