塔机在建设工程领域的应用广泛,安全事故却时有发生,尤其是安装、拆卸作业是风险因素众多、安全事故易发的工作。本文通过对一起塔机倒塌事故的原因进行分析,发现了造成事故的关键因素,即标准节踏步板焊缝存在严重焊接缺陷,是导致本次倒塌事故发生的主要原因,提出了加强焊接质量检验、规范施工安全管理、严格按章操作等预防措施,对于有效防范和减少事故的发生具有重要意义。

Tower cranes are widely used in construction engineering. However, safety accidents often occur especially in the process of installation and disassembly. The paper analyzes the cause of a tower crane collapsed accident, to ifnd the key cause resulting in the accidents. The main cause of the collapsed accident is that serious weld defect exists in the tread weld of the standard section. And it also provides corresponding precautions, such as to strengthen speciifcation to the weld quality inspection, to standard safety management of construction, and to observe the rules for safe operation. The result has important significance for preventing and reducing the occurrence of accidents.
