不同于碳钢球罐已经成熟的定期检验方案，不锈钢球罐定期检验中可借鉴的检验方案较少。通过分析不锈钢球罐可能的损伤模式，结合各检验检测技术的特点和实际应用中的经验，分析了各检验检测项目在不锈钢球罐定期检验过程中的可行性，提出了一般情况下采用的检验检测项目和特定条件下可以实施的项目，达到优化不锈钢球罐检验方案的目的。
不同于碳鋼毬罐已經成熟的定期檢驗方案，不鏽鋼毬罐定期檢驗中可藉鑒的檢驗方案較少。通過分析不鏽鋼毬罐可能的損傷模式，結閤各檢驗檢測技術的特點和實際應用中的經驗，分析瞭各檢驗檢測項目在不鏽鋼毬罐定期檢驗過程中的可行性，提齣瞭一般情況下採用的檢驗檢測項目和特定條件下可以實施的項目，達到優化不鏽鋼毬罐檢驗方案的目的。

Different from mature regular inspection scheme for carbon steel spherical tank, there is less inspection scheme for reference in stainless steel spherical tanks regular inspection. Through analyzing possible damage modes of stainless spherical tank, and combining characteristics of various inspection techniques as well as the experiences in practical application, this paper examines the feasibility of each inspection item in the process of periodical inspection of stainless spherical tank. Further, the study proposes inspection items which can be applied under general circumstances, and the enforceable items under particular conditions. This paper aims to optimize the inspection plans for stainless spherical tank.
