以新疆某盐湖卤水为研究对象,模拟当地气候条件进行30℃等温蒸发试验,通过对卤水蒸发析盐过程的物料衡算和化学分析,了解卤水蒸发浓缩过程的析盐规律为:石盐→石盐与硫酸镁→钾芒硝与水氯镁石→水氯镁石→老卤。在失水率小于40%的范围内主要析出石盐,失水率在40%~50%范围内主要析出石盐与硫酸镁的混合盐,失水率在50%~75%范围内主要析出钾芒硝与水氯镁石,此阶段钾离子的析出率为81%,失水率在75%以上主要析出水氯镁石,蒸发后续阶段的老卤中镁得到浓缩。
以新疆某鹽湖滷水為研究對象,模擬噹地氣候條件進行30℃等溫蒸髮試驗,通過對滷水蒸髮析鹽過程的物料衡算和化學分析,瞭解滷水蒸髮濃縮過程的析鹽規律為:石鹽→石鹽與硫痠鎂→鉀芒硝與水氯鎂石→水氯鎂石→老滷。在失水率小于40%的範圍內主要析齣石鹽,失水率在40%~50%範圍內主要析齣石鹽與硫痠鎂的混閤鹽,失水率在50%~75%範圍內主要析齣鉀芒硝與水氯鎂石,此階段鉀離子的析齣率為81%,失水率在75%以上主要析齣水氯鎂石,蒸髮後續階段的老滷中鎂得到濃縮。

We have a salt lake brine Xinjiang as experimental study object. We simulated the local weather conditions and made 30 ℃ isothermal evaporation experiment brine. Through the material balance and chemical analysis of brine evaporation process, understand the salt out of brine evaporation concentration process crystallization law of salts: salt, salt and magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate and magnesium chlo-ride, magnesium chloride, the old brine. The main precipitation in the range of halite water loss rate of less than 40%, mixed salt water loss rate is in the range of 40%~50%main precipitation of halite and magnesium sulfate, water loss rate is in the range of 50%~75% main precipitation of potassium sulfate and magnesium chloride, potassium ion precipitation in this stage was 81%, the rate of water loss in more than 75% main condensate water chloride magnesia, bittern evaporation and subsequent stages of magnesium are concentrat-ed in.
