考察了不同炭化温度、炭化时间条件下多孔炭的产率、抗压强度、碘吸附值及亚甲基蓝吸附率,确定了最佳制备条件。实验结果表明:当炭化温度为500℃、炭化时间为1 h、多孔炭的吸附效果最好,碘吸附值达到896 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附率达到88.30%,得率为37.71%,抗压强度为1704 kPa。

고찰료불동탄화온도、탄화시간조건하다공탄적산솔、항압강도、전흡부치급아갑기람흡부솔,학정료최가제비조건。실험결과표명:당탄화온도위500℃、탄화시간위1 h、다공탄적흡부효과최호,전흡부치체도896 mg/g,아갑기람흡부솔체도88.30%,득솔위37.71%,항압강도위1704 kPa。
Compressive strength, iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption rate of porous carbons were investigated at different carbonization temperature and carbonization time,thereby the optimum preparation conditions. The experimental results shhowed that the best adsorption of porous carbon can be achieved with a carbonization temperature was 500℃, carbonization time is 1 h. In this case, iodine adsorp-tion value reaches 896 mg/g, methylene blue adsorption rate reached 88.30%, the yield was 37.71%, and the compressive strength was 1704 kPa.
