对甲苯磺酰氯在生物、医药及精细化学产品中有重要的应用。本文以对甲苯磺酸为原料,以氯磺酸为酰氯化试剂,正交实验法考察反应时间、反应温度、反应催化剂量等工艺条件对对甲苯磺酰氯收率的影响,最佳工艺条件为:8.5%的催化剂量(以对甲苯磺酸质量计),35℃,2 h条件下,收率可达到91.4%。

P-toluenesulfonyl chloride is widely used in biological, pharmaceutical and fine chemical products. In this paper, the effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, and dosage of catalyst on the yield of toluene sulfonyl chloride were investigated, with p-toluene sulfonic acid used as raw material, chlorosul-fonic acid used as acyl chloride reagent. The optimum conditions were: 8.5%(based on the mass of P-tolue-nesulfonyl chloride)dosage of catalyst, T=35℃, t=2 h, and the yield was 91.4%.
