主要研究了由磺胺经重氮化反应合成4-磺酰胺基苯肼盐酸盐,考察了重氮盐还原反应中温度、Na2SO3投料量,对磺酰胺基苯肼成盐时盐酸用量对反应及产率的影响;同时考察了管式反应在4-磺酰胺基苯肼盐酸盐合成中的应用。
主要研究瞭由磺胺經重氮化反應閤成4-磺酰胺基苯肼鹽痠鹽,攷察瞭重氮鹽還原反應中溫度、Na2SO3投料量,對磺酰胺基苯肼成鹽時鹽痠用量對反應及產率的影響;同時攷察瞭管式反應在4-磺酰胺基苯肼鹽痠鹽閤成中的應用。

The synthesis of reducing sulfanilamide via diazotization to 4-sulfonamidophenylhydrazine hydrochloride was dealt with. The effect of the factors on the reaction were discussed, such as the reaction temperature, the amount of sodium sulfite and the hydrochloric acid. The method of pipeline reaction in 4-sulfonamidophenylhydrazine hydrochloride preparing process was also investigated.
