漏装和错装是手工装配系统的主要质量问题,更换零件是应对这类问题的主要方式。为了合理地规划手工装配系统的零件更换能力,研究了零件更换能力对手工装配系统合格率的影响。拓展了手工装配系统,建立了包含更换零件能力的手工装配系统概念模型,构建了手工装配系统合格率的计算表达式。分析了零件更换能力充分和不充分两种情况下,手工装配系统合格率和零件更换能力之间的关系,得出了在零件更换能力不充分时,合格率随零件更换能力的增大而增大,当零件更换能力达到某个值时,合格率不再变化。求解了合格率不变时的零件更换能力临界值的表达式。最后用企业实例进行了说明,并分析了手工装配系统合格率和首检合格率、返工合格率与首检合格率的比值ρ的敏感性。

Missing parts and the wrong parts are the main quality problems in manual assembly system , parts replacement is the main way to deal with these problems . In order to make a rational plan for parts replacement capacity , the effect of parts replacement capacity to qualified rate was studied .A manual assembly system concept model included parts replacement capacity was established , and a calculation expression for qualified rate in manual assembly system was built .The relationship between quality buy rate and replacement parts capability in manual assembly system was studied , and the result that quality buy rate increases with the parts replacement capacity in case of insufficient parts replacement capacity and quality buy rate is stable in case of sufficient parts replacement capacity . An example is provided to analyze the sensitivity .The results in this paper can provide theoretical and method support for manual assembly system planning , design and operation .
