2015年中央1号文件《中共中央国务院关于加大改革创新力度加快农业现代化建设的若干意见》中提出“围绕促进农民增收，加大惠农政策力度，以及围绕城乡发展一体化，深入推进新农村建设”，陕西省政府也将进一步改进职能，鼓励电商企业探索农村电子商务发展为陕西农民致富、农业发展、农村繁荣开辟康庄大道，农村网民的大幅度增长，国家提出的推进新型城镇化。在这种背景下，本文对陕西农产品电子商务的推广策略从对陕西农村现状进行分析研究，并提出六个方面的对策，重点从电子商务新型手段推广提出见解，希望对陕西省农产品电子商务发展提供一条新思路。
