以某南方大都市A水厂为研究对象，通过对实际运行中消毒工艺变更前后的出厂水和管网水的水质和耗氯量进行分析，评价两种消毒工艺的消毒效果、副产物产生情况以及运营成本。结果表明：氯胺和液氯两种消毒剂均有良好的消毒效果；使用液氯后水中的三氯甲烷和游离氯的含量骤增；液氯消毒成本较低，约为氯胺消毒的70%。

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of two different types of disinfection processes, the production of disinfection byproducts and relevant capital costs for a water treatment plant, named A Water Treatment Plant, located in the south part of China, water quality analysis and determination of chlorine usage for the treated water by the two processes are conducted. It has been concluded that chloramine and chlorine are both effective. The concentration of chloroform and free chlorine in the water are rapidly increased after chlorine treatment. Additionally, the costs of chlorine are 70% of chloramine costs, which are relatively lower.
