儒家的文化样态传承着中国古代文化的灵魂，儒家文化传承体系建构对文化强省的建设具有重要的作用。根据建设文化强省过程中文化传承体系建构应遵循的原则，提出文化强省建设中儒家文化传承体系建构的具体措施。文化强省的建设与儒家文化传承体系的构建，不能仅仅停留于单纯的政府制度层面，要切实通过有效的运营机制，利用各省市文化产业发展的独特优势，将儒家文化的传承与文化强省的建设有机结合。
