长余辉发光材料的力致发光现象是近年来相关领域的研究热点之一,在力传感器特别是冲击力传感器领域有重要的应用前景。但是,力致发光现象的强度很弱,一般需高灵敏度的光电倍增管进行测量。为了解决这个问题,该文以共掺Dy和Eu的Al2 SrO4长余辉片材为冲击敏感单元,以一个APD雪崩光电二极管为光检测与放大元件,加上自行设计的弱电流检测模块与高压偏置电源,成功地观测到了小球冲击引起的长余辉发光材料的力致发光现象。装置体积小、重量轻、成本低,可以实现冲击力检测设备的小型化。
長餘輝髮光材料的力緻髮光現象是近年來相關領域的研究熱點之一,在力傳感器特彆是遲擊力傳感器領域有重要的應用前景。但是,力緻髮光現象的彊度很弱,一般需高靈敏度的光電倍增管進行測量。為瞭解決這箇問題,該文以共摻Dy和Eu的Al2 SrO4長餘輝片材為遲擊敏感單元,以一箇APD雪崩光電二極管為光檢測與放大元件,加上自行設計的弱電流檢測模塊與高壓偏置電源,成功地觀測到瞭小毬遲擊引起的長餘輝髮光材料的力緻髮光現象。裝置體積小、重量輕、成本低,可以實現遲擊力檢測設備的小型化。

In recent years, mechanoluminescence of long-persistent luminescent materials is attracting more and more attentions for its potential applications in impact sensors . Since the weak intensity of mechanoluminescence, high sensitivity PMT are frequently used to detect it , which is usually expensive and heavy in weight .In this paper , a low-cost mechanoluminescence detecting system was presented , in which long persistent Al2SrO4:(Dy, Eu) is used as the sensing element , and an avalanche photodiode (APD) is used as the optical detecting and amplification unit .By this unit , the mechanoluminescence from Al 2 SrO4:( Dy, Eu) caused by a falling ball was successfully observed .The detecting device has the advantages of small size, light weight, low cost, and high sensitivity.
