主要研究了防老剂ZMTI(1,3-二氢-4-甲基-2-巯基苯并咪唑锌盐)在氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)过氧化物硫化中的应用特性,考察了ZMTI与其他防老剂的等量对比、单用用量及其与ODA(二辛基化二苯胺)并用对HNBR过氧化物硫化体系性能的影响。结果表明:ZMTI在HNBR过氧化物硫化体系中对硫化特性及力学性能的影响较其他几种防老剂的小,耐热性能优于其他几种防老剂,并随用量增加而耐热性变优,但压缩永久变形性能会下降。其与少量ODA并用时对耐热性有一定的协同效应,两者的并用比为1.5:0.5时胶料的耐热性能最好。

The characteristics of ZMTI (1,3-dihydro-4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzimidazole zinc) in the peroxide curing system for HNBR were studied. The inlfuence of ZMTI compared with other antioxidant at the same level, different ZMTI level and the ratio of ZMTI/ODA on the properties of HNBR cured with peroxide were investigated. The results showed that ZMTI had less effect on the curing properties as well as on the mechanical properties of the compound compared with other antioxidant. ZMTI also showed better heat resistance than the others. With the increase of the usage of ZMTI, the heat resistance of the compound got better, but the compression set property degraded. With a small amount of ODA, ZMTI had heat resistance synergistic effect, and when the ratio was 1.5:0.5, the compound had best heat resistance property.
