本文采用真空热压烧结法成功制备出接近致密性的 Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12复合材料。利用 X射线衍射、扫描电镜及热膨胀系数测试仪研究并讨论了复合材料的相结构、表面形貌及热膨胀性能,采用阿基米德原理计算了复合材料的致密度。结果表明:采用真空热压烧结法可制备出 Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12复合材料;其平均线膨胀系数在不同温度区间内均随复合材料中 Zr2P2WO12百分含量的增加而降低;复合材料的密度随Zr2P2WO12含量增加而降低,但致密度均达到了90%以上。

The compact Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12 composites were successfully prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering method. The phase structure, morphology and thermal expansion properties of the material were studied and discussed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and thermal expansion coefficient tester, respectively. The densities of the composites were calculated by Archimedes principle. The results show that Fe-Ni/Zr2P2WO12 composites can be fabricated by vacuum hot pressing sintering method. With the increasing of Zr2P2WO12 content in the composite materials, the average line expansion coefficients in different temperature range and the compactness were all reduced, while the compactness all reached more than 90%.
