Natural raspberry ketone is extremely rare, mainly dependent on the chemical synthesis. Strongly solid acid as catalyst, 4-hydroxybutan-2-one and phenol were used to synthesize raspberry ketone, the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments,the yield 92.5%, the purity 99.0%, and products through the GCMS authentication.
