目的：观察特殊护理干预对减轻内窥镜下鼓膜穿刺疼痛程度的应用效果。方法：分析60例鼓膜穿刺患者的临床资料，依据是否实施特殊护理干预进行分组，常规性护理组30例和特殊护理组30例。结果：特殊护理干预组鼓膜穿刺术患者临床治疗总有效率优于常规护理组，特殊护理干预组鼓膜穿刺术患者术后疼痛分级优于常规护理组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：特殊护理干预在鼓膜穿刺患者降低疼痛程度的应用效果明显，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰특수호리간예대감경내규경하고막천자동통정도적응용효과。방법：분석60례고막천자환자적림상자료，의거시부실시특수호리간예진행분조，상규성호리조30례화특수호리조30례。결과：특수호리간예조고막천자술환자림상치료총유효솔우우상규호리조，특수호리간예조고막천자술환자술후동통분급우우상규호리조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：특수호리간예재고막천자환자강저동통정도적응용효과명현，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach application result of auripuncture pain in by endoscopy special nursing intervention.MethodTo analyze 60 cases clinical data of auripuncture patients in our hospital,which was to be divided into routine nursing group 30 casesand special nursing intervention group 30 cases.Result The total effective rate of clinical treatment of special nursing interventiongroup were better than routine nursing group,the pain degree of auripuncture patients of special nursing intervention group were betterthan routine nursing group,P <0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The application of decreasing pain degree of auripuncture by special nursing intervention were obviously,which was to be used.
