目的：对紫金县麻疹疫情进行分析，为加快消除麻疹进程提供依据。方法：使用麻疹监测信息系统报告管理系统对2014年1～5月紫金县登记报告的麻疹病例进行统计分析。结果：2014年1～5月全县累计报告麻疹病例12例，报告发病率1.437／10万，较去年同期比增加200％，疫情呈散发状态，涉及6个乡镇（全县18个乡镇），病例集中在0～5岁组，以常住散居儿童为主，麻疹疫苗免疫史空白多见。结论：紫金县2014年1～5月麻疹疫情呈散发状态，近期麻疹疫情高发，常规免疫运转质量有待提高，麻疹监测敏感性仍有待提高，群众参与预防接种的主动性较低，应积极采取相关措施，加强麻疹监测，以防控麻疹的发生和发展。
목적：대자금현마진역정진행분석，위가쾌소제마진진정제공의거。방법：사용마진감측신식계통보고관리계통대2014년1～5월자금현등기보고적마진병례진행통계분석。결과：2014년1～5월전현루계보고마진병례12례，보고발병솔1.437／10만，교거년동기비증가200％，역정정산발상태，섭급6개향진（전현18개향진），병례집중재0～5세조，이상주산거인동위주，마진역묘면역사공백다견。결론：자금현2014년1～5월마진역정정산발상태，근기마진역정고발，상규면역운전질량유대제고，마진감측민감성잉유대제고，군음삼여예방접충적주동성교저，응적겁채취상관조시，가강마진감측，이방공마진적발생화발전。
Objective Analysis Zijin County measles outbreak,to provide the basis for speeding up the process of elimination of measles.Methods Information Systems reported measles surveillance management system measles cases from January to May 2014, Zijin County Register reported,by Ecell data for statistical analysis.Results January to May 2014,the county reported a total of 12 cases of measles reported incidence of 1.437 /10 Wan ,an increase of 200% over the same period last year,the epidemic was sporad-ic,involving six towns (the county's 18 townships),cases concentrated in the 0 -5 age group,the resident scattered children,immu-nization history of measles vaccine blank common.Conclusion Zijin County in 2014 from January to May was sporadic outbreaks of measles,the recent high incidence of measles outbreaks,the quality needs to be improved routine immunization running,still to be im-proved sensitivity of measles surveillance,mass participation in lower vaccination initiative,work is still to eliminate measles long way to go.Should actively take measures to strengthen the measles detection to prevent and control the occurrence and development of measles.
