宁德市海洋旅游资源丰富，海洋文化积淀深厚，发展海洋旅游具有得天独厚的优势，但海洋资源优势并没有转化为滨海旅游竞争优势。选择竞争优势理论作为研究宁德市海洋旅游竞争力的主要理论工具，按照钻石模型的六要素对宁德市海洋旅游竞争力现状进行分析与评价，找出宁德市海洋旅游的优势与劣势，在此基础上，提出提升宁德市海洋旅游竞争力的对策。

AbstractIn Ningde of Fujian Province,there are rich ocean tourism resources and ocean culture,which are exceptional advantages for the development of ocean tourism. However,the advantages of ocean tourism have not been turned into competing strength. With the competing advantage theory,this paper gives a comment on the competitiveness of ocean tourism in Ningde on basis of diamond model in an at-tempt to find the strength and weakness. Then,it presents measures for improving the competitive abilities of ocean tourism resources.
