    目的：了解2012年中国不同地区铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株的耐药性和耐药特征，指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法对全国15所医院2012年临床分离的7270株铜绿假单胞菌按照统一方案，采用统一材料、方法（K‐B法或自动化仪器）和判断标准（CLSI2013版），进行铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性监测，并用WHONET 5．6软件进行数据分析。结果2012年15所医院从临床标本中共分离7270株铜绿假单胞菌，其中92．3％分离自住院患者，71．1％分离自呼吸道标本。铜绿假单胞菌对阿米卡星的耐药率最低，为13．5％。分离自门诊患者的菌株对各抗菌药物的耐药率为7．5％～20．5％，分离自内科患者的菌株对各抗菌药物的耐药率为8．7％～23．4％，分离自外科患者的菌株对各抗菌药物的耐药率为12．2％～26．8％。分离自成人患者的菌株对各抗菌药物的耐药率为13．5％～35．6％，而分离自儿童患者的菌株耐药率为12．9％～29．7％。泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌的检出率平均为1．11％。结论我国临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物的耐药率仍处于较高水平，但近年耐药性增长趋势稳定。分离自不同年龄、标本类型及科室的菌株对抗菌药物的耐药性相差较大，医疗机构应加强细菌耐药监测，指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。
    목적：료해2012년중국불동지구동록가단포균림상분리주적내약성화내약특정，지도림상합리사용항균약물。방법대전국15소의원2012년림상분리적7270주동록가단포균안조통일방안，채용통일재료、방법（K‐B법혹자동화의기）화판단표준（CLSI2013판），진행동록가단포균적내약성감측，병용WHONET 5．6연건진행수거분석。결과2012년15소의원종림상표본중공분리7270주동록가단포균，기중92．3％분리자주원환자，71．1％분리자호흡도표본。동록가단포균대아미잡성적내약솔최저，위13．5％。분리자문진환자적균주대각항균약물적내약솔위7．5％～20．5％，분리자내과환자적균주대각항균약물적내약솔위8．7％～23．4％，분리자외과환자적균주대각항균약물적내약솔위12．2％～26．8％。분리자성인환자적균주대각항균약물적내약솔위13．5％～35．6％，이분리자인동환자적균주내약솔위12．9％～29．7％。범내약동록가단포균적검출솔평균위1．11％。결론아국림상분리적동록가단포균대항균약물적내약솔잉처우교고수평，단근년내약성증장추세은정。분리자불동년령、표본류형급과실적균주대항균약물적내약성상차교대，의료궤구응가강세균내약감측，지도림상합리사용항균약물。
    Objective To investigate the antimicrobial resistance of P . aeruginosa in China during 2012 .Methods Clinical isolates of P . aeruginosa were collected from 15 teaching hospitals in China and tested for susceptibility to antimicrobial agents by Kirby‐Bauer method and automated systems . The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 .6 software . Results Of the 7 270 clinical P .aeruginosa isolates ,92 .3% were isolated from hospitalized patients ,and 71 .1% were from respiratory tract .These P . aeruginosa isolates showed the lowest resistance rate (13 .5% ) to amikacin .About 7 .5%‐20 .5% of the P . aeruginosa strains from outpatients ,8 .7%‐3 .4% of the strains from medical patients and 12 .2%‐26 .8% of the strains from surgical patients were resistant to any of the antimicrobial agents tested ,while 13 .5%‐35 .6% of the P . aeruginosa strains isolated from adult patients and 12 .9%‐29 .7% of the strains from pediatric patients were resistant to any of the antimicrobial agents tested .The pandrug resistant P . aeruginosa strains accounted for 1 .11% .Conclusions The surveillance data indicate that the antibiotic resistance of clinical P . aeruginosa isolates from hospitalized patients in China is at relatively steady high level . The antimicrobial susceptibility pattern varies with patient age , specimen , and clinical setting . Surveillance of antimicrobial resistance is important to for rational antimicrobial therapy .
