为促进新疆生产建设兵团农业可持续发展提供参考,基于2001—2012年兵团经济、人口、社会等方面数据,采用熵值法与协调度指标对其农业可持续发展水平进行定量评价。结果表明:2001—2012年兵团农业可持续发展总体水平不断提高,但其内部各子系统的可持续发展水平变化存在明显差异。经济可持续发展水平持续较快提升,人口可持续发展水平逐渐下降,资源和环境的可持续发展水平缓慢提升,各个子系统的可持续发展处于不协调状态。应从人才培养、城镇化建设、环境保护及技术研发等方面着手,综合促进兵团农业的可持续发展。
為促進新疆生產建設兵糰農業可持續髮展提供參攷,基于2001—2012年兵糰經濟、人口、社會等方麵數據,採用熵值法與協調度指標對其農業可持續髮展水平進行定量評價。結果錶明:2001—2012年兵糰農業可持續髮展總體水平不斷提高,但其內部各子繫統的可持續髮展水平變化存在明顯差異。經濟可持續髮展水平持續較快提升,人口可持續髮展水平逐漸下降,資源和環境的可持續髮展水平緩慢提升,各箇子繫統的可持續髮展處于不協調狀態。應從人纔培養、城鎮化建設、環境保護及技術研髮等方麵著手,綜閤促進兵糰農業的可持續髮展。
위촉진신강생산건설병단농업가지속발전제공삼고,기우2001—2012년병단경제、인구、사회등방면수거,채용적치법여협조도지표대기농업가지속발전수평진행정량평개。결과표명:2001—2012년병단농업가지속발전총체수평불단제고,단기내부각자계통적가지속발전수평변화존재명현차이。경제가지속발전수평지속교쾌제승,인구가지속발전수평축점하강,자원화배경적가지속발전수평완만제승,각개자계통적가지속발전처우불협조상태。응종인재배양、성진화건설、배경보호급기술연발등방면착수,종합촉진병단농업적가지속발전。
Agricultural sustainable development level of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was quantitatively evaluated by entropy evaluation method and coordination index based on the data of economy,population and society during 2001 - 2012 to provide a reference for agricultural sustainable development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.The results showed that overall agricultural sustainable development level of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was improved continually during 2001-2012 but there still is significant difference in variation of sustainable development level of different subsystems, and sustainable development of different subsystems is in the inharmonious situation.Economic sustainable development level increase fast and continually.Population sustainable development level decrease gradually.The sustainable development level of resources and environment rise slowly.Agricultural sustainable development should be comprehensively improved from four aspects of talent training,urbanization construction,environmental protection and technological development.
