为促进灾害移民的可持续生计提供参考，以汶川地震后异地安置的移民为例，基于可持续生计的理论框架，构建生计资本测算体系，对其生计状况变化进行了分析。结果表明：与地震前相比，灾害移民的人力资本、自然资本和社会资本减少，金融资本与物质资本大幅增加，生计资本整体水平有所提升。应从安置政策、产业发展规划、技能培训、就业环境等方面着手，进一步促进灾害移民的可持续生计。
위촉진재해이민적가지속생계제공삼고，이문천지진후이지안치적이민위례，기우가지속생계적이론광가，구건생계자본측산체계，대기생계상황변화진행료분석。결과표명：여지진전상비，재해이민적인력자본、자연자본화사회자본감소，금융자본여물질자본대폭증가，생계자본정체수평유소제승。응종안치정책、산업발전규화、기능배훈、취업배경등방면착수，진일보촉진재해이민적가지속생계。
Change in living status of hazard-induced migration was analyzed by the established calculation system of living capital based on the theoretical framework of sustainable living of relocated hazard-induced migration after Wenchuan earthquake disaster to provide a reference for sustainable living of hazard-induced migration.The results show that labor capital,natural capital and social capital of hazard-induced migration decreases,financial capital and physical capital increase greatly,which result in promotion of living capital' integral level compared with hazard-induced migration before Wenchuan earthquake disaster.The sustainable living of hazard-induced migration can be further improved from four aspects of settlement policy,industrial development planning,skill training and employment environment.
