采用电阻应变片电测法及有限元模拟仿真技术,对机架式通用服务器机箱满载静置状态下的应变进行测量及分析,得出机箱的应变分布规律及整机变形特征。研究结果表明,硬盘的重载导致机箱前侧的应变普遍偏大;机架式通用服务器机箱等效应变最大值位于机箱底座底面边前侧折弯处;机箱最大变形量位于机箱前侧中间处;机箱最大等效应变值及变形量皆满足设计要求;仿真及测试结果误差小于10%,仿真结果可靠。

By applying resistance strain gauge measuring method and the finite element method simulation technology,the strain rule of rack mounted server chassis under full load state and deformation feature were measured and analyed. According to research results,large strain occurs on the front of chassis because of heavy hard disks.The maximum equivalent strain is located on the front bending parts of the chassis base bottom and the maximum deformation is located on the front middle parts of the chassis base.Maximum e-quivalent strain and deformation meet the design requirements.The result error of simulation and test is less than 10%,so the simulation results are reliable.
