通过大口径钢芯全自动装压曳光剂小群模技术研究，设计了一条穿甲燃烧曳光弹钢芯全自动装压曳光剂生产线，采用小群模式全自动直接压装药技术、现代物流、防爆防静电安全技术、全线设备群协调技术、过程控制和全线质量监控等技术于一体的钢芯全自动直接装压药生产线，实现了人机隔离和自动化压装药生产，解决了大口径机枪弹钢芯自动直接装压药的安全、质量和效率等问题。
通過大口徑鋼芯全自動裝壓抴光劑小群模技術研究，設計瞭一條穿甲燃燒抴光彈鋼芯全自動裝壓抴光劑生產線，採用小群模式全自動直接壓裝藥技術、現代物流、防爆防靜電安全技術、全線設備群協調技術、過程控製和全線質量鑑控等技術于一體的鋼芯全自動直接裝壓藥生產線，實現瞭人機隔離和自動化壓裝藥生產，解決瞭大口徑機鎗彈鋼芯自動直接裝壓藥的安全、質量和效率等問題。
통과대구경강심전자동장압예광제소군모기술연구，설계료일조천갑연소예광탄강심전자동장압예광제생산선，채용소군모식전자동직접압장약기술、현대물류、방폭방정전안전기술、전선설비군협조기술、과정공제화전선질량감공등기술우일체적강심전자동직접장압약생산선，실현료인궤격리화자동화압장약생산，해결료대구경궤창탄강심자동직접장압약적안전、질량화효솔등문제。
By researching on small lot technol-ogy of automated tracer composition loading and pressing for heavy caliber steel cores,design a production line with full automatic loading and pressing for steel cores of armor piercing incendi-ary flame tracer.Establish a comprehensive,full automatic and direct ammunition charging and pressing line for steel cores,with small lotbased,full automatic and directed loading andpressing technology,modern material flow,safetechnology of blast proof and static prevention,whole line equipment complex integration technology,process control and full quality supervision,t oachieve man machine separation and automatedammunition charging and production,thus solveproblems of security,quality and efficiency in theprocess of automated and direct charging andpressing for steel core of bullets with heavy calibers.
