目的：观察割耳疗法联合丹栀逍遥颗粒治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：将72例神经性皮炎患者按治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组各36例。分别采用割耳疗法联合丹栀逍遥颗粒治疗和割耳疗法联合西替利嗪片治疗，观察两组疗效与不良反应。结果：治疗组有效率88.8％，不良反应率2％；对照组有效率61.1％，不良反应率16％；两组有效率和不良反应率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：采用割耳疗法联合丹栀逍遥颗粒治疗神经性皮炎有较好的疗效和安全性。
목적：관찰할이요법연합단치소요과립치료신경성피염적림상료효급안전성。방법：장72례신경성피염환자안치료방법분위치료조화대조조각36례。분별채용할이요법연합단치소요과립치료화할이요법연합서체리진편치료，관찰량조료효여불량반응。결과：치료조유효솔88.8％，불량반응솔2％；대조조유효솔61.1％，불량반응솔16％；량조유효솔화불량반응솔비교，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.05）。결론：채용할이요법연합단치소요과립치료신경성피염유교호적료효화안전성。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Cut auricular therapy method Combined with DanZhiXiaoYaoKeli the treatment of neurodermatitis Methods 72 cases of clinic patients with neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,Respectively using Cut auricular therapy methoa combination with DanZhiXiaoYaoKeli therapy neurodermatitis and Cut auricular therapy method with Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablets therapy,observe two groups of curative effect and adverse reactions Re-sults Treatment group effective rate was 88.8%,the adverse reaction rate was2%.Control group effective rate was61.1 %,the ad-verse reaction rate was16 %.comparea two groups of effcient and adverse reaction rate,the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion Using Cut auricular therapy method and compound DanZhiXiaoYaoKeli to treat neurodermatitis is a safe and effec-tive therapy.
