目的：比较3年生铁皮石斛3月枝条的及8月枝条多糖及生物碱含量。方法：采用溶剂提取法提取多糖及生物碱，用分光光度法测定多糖及生物碱含量。结果：茎部各部位、不同时期的铁皮石斛多糖含量在15.66％～26.63％之间，生物碱含量在0.016％－0.021％之间。结论：多糖含量茎中部最高，其次是茎上部，茎下部含量最低；多糖含量随生长时间增长而增加，且在不同生长时期、不同部位，多糖含量差别较大。生物碱为茎上部含量最高，其次是茎中部，含量最低为茎下部；不同生长时期除茎下部外，生物碱含量随生长时间增长反而减小，但不同部位的铁皮石斛生物碱含量差别较小。
목적：비교3년생철피석곡3월지조적급8월지조다당급생물감함량。방법：채용용제제취법제취다당급생물감，용분광광도법측정다당급생물감함량。결과：경부각부위、불동시기적철피석곡다당함량재15.66％～26.63％지간，생물감함량재0.016％－0.021％지간。결론：다당함량경중부최고，기차시경상부，경하부함량최저；다당함량수생장시간증장이증가，차재불동생장시기、불동부위，다당함량차별교대。생물감위경상부함량최고，기차시경중부，함량최저위경하부；불동생장시기제경하부외，생물감함량수생장시간증장반이감소，단불동부위적철피석곡생물감함량차별교소。
Objective The branches of Dendrobium Officinale with three-year growth period have been collected in 3 or 8,and their contents of polysaccharides as well as alkaloids have been analyzed and compared.Method The branches were processed with sol-vent extraction,their contents of polysaccharides and alkaloids were determined by spectro -photometry.Results The contents of poly-saccharide in various parts of stems ranged from 15.66% to 26.63%,while the contents of alkaloid ranged from 0.016% to 0.021%. Conclusion The polysaccharide content at middle section was the largest,then the upside,and finally the downside,the content in-creased with the growth period of the branch,and varied greatly according to the growth period as well as section;the alkaloids content at upside section was the largest,then the middle,and finally the downside,but the content decreased with the growth period,and var-ied little according to the growth period or section.
