目的:探索闪式提取法提取红花中红花黄色素 A 的最佳工艺条件,以更合理有效地提取红花黄色素 A,为进一步开发提供实验依据。方法:应用单因素试验及正交实验优化闪式提取法提取红花黄色素 A 的最佳工艺条件,包括最佳溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取电压,并与温浸提取法进行比较。结果:红花闪式提取最佳提取工艺为40倍水,2.5min,90V 电压。与温浸法相比,闪式提取羟基红花黄色素 A 的平均转移率低8.25%,但提取时间为温浸法的1/30,且室温下就可进行,提取器耗电量明显比温浸法低。结论:利用闪式提取法提取红花中红花黄色素 A 的方法高效节能,真实可靠,可在红花黄色素 A 的提取中推广应用。

목적:탐색섬식제취법제취홍화중홍화황색소 A 적최가공예조건,이경합리유효지제취홍화황색소 A,위진일보개발제공실험의거。방법:응용단인소시험급정교실험우화섬식제취법제취홍화황색소 A 적최가공예조건,포괄최가용제배수、제취시간、제취전압,병여온침제취법진행비교。결과:홍화섬식제취최가제취공예위40배수,2.5min,90V 전압。여온침법상비,섬식제취간기홍화황색소 A 적평균전이솔저8.25%,단제취시간위온침법적1/30,차실온하취가진행,제취기모전량명현비온침법저。결론:이용섬식제취법제취홍화중홍화황색소 A 적방법고효절능,진실가고,가재홍화황색소 A 적제취중추엄응용。
Objective:Hydroxyl safflor yellow A from Carthamus Tinctorius L by orthogonal test,in order to extract Safflor Yellow A by a more rational and effective method and provide new ideas and technical support for further development of efficient,safe and natural antioxidants.Methods :To determine the optimization of smashing tissue extraction of hydroxyl safflor yellow A from Cartham-us Tinctorius L by single factor experiment and orthogonal test in extraction rate,extraction time and electricity consumption and to compare with soaking extraction method.Results:The optimized conditions using water as solvent were liquid -material ratio of 40∶1 (ml/g),extraction time of 2.5 min,90 V voltage.Although smashing tissue extraction of hydroxyl safflor yellow A has a lower rate of 8.25% of the average transfer compared with the traditional soaking method,but the extraction time is much less than the lat-ter,and can be carried out at room temperature,and the flash extractor consumption significantly lower than the soaking method.Con-clusion:Smashing tissue extraction of hydroxyl safflor yellow A from Carthamus Tinctorius L is energy -efficient,true and reliable,so it can be extended to the extraction of hydroxyl safflor yellow.
