热电偶不均匀性是影响热电偶测温精度的主要因素之一。本文总结了热电偶不均匀性的研究现状,和目前高温、中温及低温范围内不均匀性测量设备的工作原理、结构及其优缺点。对热电偶不均匀性还应进行更加深入系统地研究,以如实反映热电偶制造、使用全过程中对测温准确性产生影响的因素,以建立热电偶的质量控制系统。

Thermocouple inhomogeneity is one of the major factors that influence the accuracy of temperature measurement. This paper made a brief summary of the research status on thermocouple inhomogeneity and the working principle, structure and the merits and demerits of the different kinds of test equippments used in different temperature range.A set of test trig used in the cryogenic conditions was also designed and manufactured. There should have more detailed and thorough research on the thermocouple inhomogeneity,to enlight all the factors that influence the improvement of the thermometry accurarcy through the whole life cycle of thermocouples,and to establish the quality control system for the thermocouples.
