黄河下游水流减缓，且没有大的支流汇入，选取花园口-高村段为模拟河段，采用圣维南方程组为模型方程，建立水量和水位的关系式。对于方程的求解，采用较成熟的Preissmann格式，对其进行离散后，用追赶法进行求解。对于模型方程中的关键参数糙率n，采用根据曼宁公式反算，然后在进行模型率定的方法。用花园口、夹河滩和高村测站的实测值进行计算，取得了较为理想的效果。

The measured values of Huayuankou, Jiahetan and Gaocun station are used to obtain an ideal result.
