为了对卷烟烟气安全性评价及烟叶生产合理选择农药品种提供数据支撑,向3R4F 标准卷烟中添加126种农药混合标准溶液,采用色谱、色谱-串联质谱联用法测定卷烟燃吸后每种农药在主流烟气、侧流烟气、烟灰和烟蒂中的迁移量。结果表明:1)126种农药在烟灰中均无迁移,在主流烟气、侧流烟气和烟蒂中的平均迁移率为侧流烟气(10.81%)>主流烟气(7.11%)>烟蒂(5.04%),平均总迁移率为22.96%。2)126种农药在主流烟气、侧流烟气、烟蒂中的平均迁移率以异狄氏剂最高,分别为31.67%、48.94%和17.32%;以溴氰菊酯最低,分别为0.04%、0.09%和0.03%。3)8类农药在主流烟气、侧流烟气、烟蒂中的平均迁移率,抑芽剂类分别为13.16%、21.74%和10.27%,有机氯杀虫剂、除草剂及拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂分别为8.67%~10.11%、15.72%~17.28%和5.65%~6.74%,有机磷杀虫剂和杀菌剂、杂环类杀虫剂、氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂分别为1.70%~5.26%、1.90%~6.11%和1.22%~4.55%。结论:不同农药在卷烟燃吸过程中的迁移行为差异较大。

위료대권연연기안전성평개급연협생산합리선택농약품충제공수거지탱,향3R4F 표준권연중첨가126충농약혼합표준용액,채용색보、색보-천련질보련용법측정권연연흡후매충농약재주류연기、측류연기、연회화연체중적천이량。결과표명:1)126충농약재연회중균무천이,재주류연기、측류연기화연체중적평균천이솔위측류연기(10.81%)>주류연기(7.11%)>연체(5.04%),평균총천이솔위22.96%。2)126충농약재주류연기、측류연기、연체중적평균천이솔이이적씨제최고,분별위31.67%、48.94%화17.32%;이추청국지최저,분별위0.04%、0.09%화0.03%。3)8류농약재주류연기、측류연기、연체중적평균천이솔,억아제류분별위13.16%、21.74%화10.27%,유궤록살충제、제초제급의제충국지류살충제분별위8.67%~10.11%、15.72%~17.28%화5.65%~6.74%,유궤린살충제화살균제、잡배류살충제、안기갑산지류살충제분별위1.70%~5.26%、1.90%~6.11%화1.22%~4.55%。결론:불동농약재권연연흡과정중적천이행위차이교대。
In order to provide data support for safety evaluation of cigarette smoke and reasonable choice pesticide varieties in tobacco leaf production,by adding different concentrations of 126 kinds of pesticide standards to the 3R4F standard cigarettes,the transfer patterns in mainstream smoke,sidestream smoke,ashes and cigarette butts were researched using chromatography and chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method after burning sucked.The results showed that:1)All pesticides without migration in ashes.The sequence of transfer rate of different parts of smoke were sidestream smoke(10.81%)>mainstream smoke(7.11%)> cigarette butts (5.04%),and total transfer rate was 22.96%.2)The highest transfer rate in mainstream smoke,sidestream smoke and cigarette butts was endrin(31.67%, 48.94% and 17.32% respectively),while the lowest one was deltamethrin(10.04%,0.09% and 0.03%repectively).Bud inhibitors were 13.16%,21.74% and 10.27% respectively.While organochlorine pesticides,herbicides,and organochlorine pesticides ranged from 8.675% to 10.11%,from 15.72% to 17.28% and from 5.65% to 6.74% respectively; organophosphorus insecticides and fungicides, heterocyclic insecticides,carbamate insecticides ranged from 1.70% to 5.26%,from 1.90% to 6.11% and from 1.22% to 4.55% respectively.Conclusion:Transfer behavior of different pesticide residues in cigarettes varied greatly during smoking.
