为探索物理技术防治烟青虫的应用前景,采用不同处理时间(1 h,3 h,6 h,9 h,12 h)紫外线照射处理,对烟青虫血细胞数和血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化进行研究。结果表明:随着紫外线照射时间的延长,烟青虫的血细胞数和血浆中 SOD 酶活性均呈先升高再降低的变化。5个处理的血细胞数分别较对照提高8.4%、10.2%、17.7%、6.5%和1.4%,且处理间存在极显著差异(p <0.01);5个处理的SOD 酶活性分别为对照的1.2倍、2.4倍、4.5倍、3.0倍和1.5倍。当紫外线照射6 h 时,血细胞总量和SOD 酶活性均达最高;照射12 h 时二者几乎恢复至对照水平。结论,紫外光刺激促进了烟青虫血细胞的增长和 SOD 酶活性的升高,紫外照射6 h 达最高。

To explore the application prospects of physical technology in controlling H .assulta,the variation of the number of haemocytes and SOD activity of H .assulta were studied,which was exposed to ultraviolet for various duration(1 h,3 h,6 h,9 h,12 h).Results:There was a significant difference among the five experimental groups(p <0.01).And the number of the haemocytes and the SOD activity first increased and then decreased with the extension of irradiation time.The number of the haemocytes increased by 8.4 %,10.2%,17.7%,6.5% and 1.4% compared with the control group,respectively. The activity of the SOD in the experimental group was 1.2 times,2.4 times,4.5 times,3.0 times and 1.5 times as high as the control group,separately.The amount of total haemocytes and the SOD activity both reached the highest at 6 h;however,both returned to the control level at 12 h.The experimental results showed that UV light stimulation promoted the haemocytes growth and the SOD activity,and reached the highest at 6 h.
