为开发利用沿河古茶树资源以及提升其茶叶品质,以沿河古茶树茶叶为材料,对其感官品质和化学成分含量进行分析。结果表明:茶叶外形呈尖形,香气清香,滋味醇正,汤色黄绿、明亮,叶底芽叶嫩软、完整;茶样水浸出物(49.94%)、咖啡碱(4.50%)、EGCG(128.85 mg/g)含量较高,可作为特异茶树资源开发利用。
為開髮利用沿河古茶樹資源以及提升其茶葉品質,以沿河古茶樹茶葉為材料,對其感官品質和化學成分含量進行分析。結果錶明:茶葉外形呈尖形,香氣清香,滋味醇正,湯色黃綠、明亮,葉底芽葉嫩軟、完整;茶樣水浸齣物(49.94%)、咖啡堿(4.50%)、EGCG(128.85 mg/g)含量較高,可作為特異茶樹資源開髮利用。
위개발이용연하고다수자원이급제승기다협품질,이연하고다수다협위재료,대기감관품질화화학성분함량진행분석。결과표명:다협외형정첨형,향기청향,자미순정,탕색황록、명량,협저아협눈연、완정;다양수침출물(49.94%)、가배감(4.50%)、EGCG(128.85 mg/g)함량교고,가작위특이다수자원개발이용。
In order to provide references for exploitation and utilization of ancient tea trees in Yanhe County,and enhance the tea quality,ancient tea trees were used as material,sensory quality and contents of chemical compositions were analyzed through sensory evaluation and general chemical components determination.Results:The tea has a sharp appearance,clean aroma,mellow and normal taste,color of liquor is yellowish green and bright,infused tea is soft and tender.The contents of water extracts (49. 94%),caffeine (4.50%)and EGEG (178.16mg/g)in tea samples are relatively high,which can be explored as special tea resources.
