为综合利用臭灵丹,以乙醇、甲醇、丙酮为萃取溶剂,超声波提取制备提取物,考察云南13个样点臭灵丹提取物对 DPPH 自由基活性的清除能力,并将其与多种抗氧化剂进行比较。结果表明:13个样点臭灵丹甲醇提取物 C1~ C13的 IC50分别为0.1753 mg/mL,0.1953 mg/mL,0.09940 mg/mL,0.08474 mg/mL,0.1107 mg/mL,0.1246 mg/mL,0.5046 mg/mL,0.2915 mg/mL,0.1181 mg/mL,0.05635 mg/mL,1.020 mg/mL,0.2133 mg/mL,0.1519 mg/mL;乙醇提取物 C1~C13的 IC50分别为0.6528 mg/mL,0.4637 mg/mL,0.2095 mg/mL,0.2258 mg/mL,0.3547 mg/mL,0.3957 mg/mL,0.8492 mg/mL,0.8520 mg/mL,0.3585 mg/mL,0.1436 mg/mL,2.5806 mg/mL,0.7242 mg/mL,0.4556 mg/mL;丙酮提取物 C1~C13的 IC50分别为1.9089 mg/mL,1.6229 mg/mL,1.2223 mg/mL,0.5837 mg/mL,1.4749 mg/mL,1.0817 mg/mL,2.8397 mg/mL,3.3188 mg/mL,1.0240 mg/mL,0.4499 mg/mL,4.9195 mg/mL,2.3085 mg/mL,1.4975 mg/mL;芦丁、没食子酸、咖啡酸、香草酸和对香豆酸溶液的 IC50分别为0.0043 mg/mL,0.00092 mg/mL,0.0033 mg/mL,0.5471 mg/mL,2.27 mg/mL;与5种标准品的抗氧化能力相比,依次为没食子酸>咖啡酸>芦丁>甲醇提取物>乙醇提取物>丙酮提取物,云南省13个地方臭灵丹甲醇提取物抗氧化能力(除样品11)均大于标准品对香豆酸、香草酸;样品 C2、C3、C4、C5、C6、C9、C10、C13乙醇提取物抗氧化能力均大于香草酸、对香豆酸,丙酮提取物抗氧化能力(除样品11、12外)均大于香草酸。

The scavenging DPPH free radical capacity of different extracts from 13 Laggera pterodonta samples by three different extracting solvents of alcohol,methanol and acetone was analyzed and the antioxidant activity of Laggera pterodonta extracts was compared with other antioxidants to utilize Laggera pterodonta comprehensively.IC50 of C1 ~ C13 methanol extracts is 0.175 3 mg/mL,0.195 3 mg/mL, 0.099 40 mg/mL, 0.084 74 mg/mL, 0.110 7 mg/mL, 0.124 6 mg/mL, 0.504 6 mg/mL, 0.291 5 mg/mL,0.118 1 mg/mL,0.056 35 mg/mL,1.020 mg/mL,0.213 3 mg/mL and 0.151 9 mg/mL respectively.IC50 of C1 ~ C13 alcohol extracts is 0.652 8 mg/mL,0.463 7 mg/mL,0.209 5 mg/mL, 0.225 8 mg/mL,0.354 7 mg/mL,0.395 7 mg/mL,0.849 2 mg/mL,0.852 0 mg/mL,0.358 5 mg/mL, 0.143 6 mg/mL,2.580 6 mg/mL,0.724 2 mg/mL and 0.455 6 mg/mL separately.IC50 of C1 ~ C13 acetone extracts is 1.908 9 mg/mL,1.622 9 mg/mL,1.222 3 mg/mL,0.583 7 mg/mL,1.474 9 mg/mL, 1.081 7 mg/mL,2.839 7 mg/mL,3.318 8 mg/mL,1.024 0 mg/mL,0.449 9 mg/mL,4.919 5 mg/mL, 2.308 5 mg/mL and 1.497 5 mg/mL respectively.IC50 of rutin,gallic acid,caffeic acid,vanillic acid and p-coumaric acid (five standards)is 0.004 3 mg/mL,0.000 92 mg/mL,0.003 3 mg/mL,0.547 1 mg/mL and 2.27 mg/mL separately.The antioxidant capacity of five standards and three extracts is gallic acid>caffeic acid >rutin>methanol extract>alcohol extract>acetone extract.The antioxidant capacity of 13 methanol extracts is higher than vanillic acid and p-coumaric acid.The antioxidant capacity of C2,C3,C4, C5,C6,C9,C10 and C13 alcohol extracts is higher than vanillic acid and p-coumaric acid.The antioxidant capacity of 10 acetone extracts is higher than vanillic acid.
