为了对亮叶含笑的精油提取和开发利用提供参考,采用水蒸气蒸馏法,提取亮叶含笑不同器官(叶芽、一年生叶、一年生茎、两年生茎、假种皮、花瓣、雄蕊和雌蕊)中的挥发油,比较其出油率,并运用灰色关联度法对8种精油进行综合品质评价。结果表明:亮叶含笑不同器官精油的平均提取率在0.082%~1.859%,以叶芽的提取率最高,假种皮次之,两年生茎的提取率最低。综合品质以一年生叶的精油最优,花瓣最差。综合比较,亮叶含笑精油提取的材料选择一年生叶最好。
為瞭對亮葉含笑的精油提取和開髮利用提供參攷,採用水蒸氣蒸餾法,提取亮葉含笑不同器官(葉芽、一年生葉、一年生莖、兩年生莖、假種皮、花瓣、雄蕊和雌蕊)中的揮髮油,比較其齣油率,併運用灰色關聯度法對8種精油進行綜閤品質評價。結果錶明:亮葉含笑不同器官精油的平均提取率在0.082%~1.859%,以葉芽的提取率最高,假種皮次之,兩年生莖的提取率最低。綜閤品質以一年生葉的精油最優,花瓣最差。綜閤比較,亮葉含笑精油提取的材料選擇一年生葉最好。
위료대량협함소적정유제취화개발이용제공삼고,채용수증기증류법,제취량협함소불동기관(협아、일년생협、일년생경、량년생경、가충피、화판、웅예화자예)중적휘발유,비교기출유솔,병운용회색관련도법대8충정유진행종합품질평개。결과표명:량협함소불동기관정유적평균제취솔재0.082%~1.859%,이협아적제취솔최고,가충피차지,량년생경적제취솔최저。종합품질이일년생협적정유최우,화판최차。종합비교,량협함소정유제취적재료선택일년생협최호。
The extraction rate of essential oil extracted from different eight organs (leaf bud,annual leaf,annual stem,two-year stem,arillus,petal,stamen and pistil)of M.fulgens Dandy was compared and the integrated quality of eight essential oils was evaluated by gray relational degree to provide a reference for extraction,development and utilization of essential oil extracted from M.fulgens Dandy. The results showed that the average extraction rate of eight essential oils is 0.082% ~ 1.859% and the extraction rate of essential oil extracted from leaf bud of M.fulgens Dandy is the highest,followed by from arillus,and the extraction rate of essential oil extracted from two-year stem of M.fulgens Dandy is the lowest.The integrated quality of essential oil extracted from annual leaf of M.fulgens Dandy is the best but the integrated quality of essential oil extracted from petal of M.fulgens Dandy is the worst.In conclusion,the suitable material for extracting essential oil from Michelia fulgens Dandy is annual leaf.
