为给百子莲的引种、推广提供理论和实践依据,以百子莲属(Agapanthus)中的白花、龙之花、海德伯恩杂交和白花4个品种的叶片和根为试验材料,通过测定降温处理过程中百子莲叶片和根的相对电导率,结合 Logistic 方程计算的半致死温度(LT50),评价4个百子莲品种在不同降温时期的抗寒性。结果表明:随着低温胁迫的加强,叶片和根的电解质渗出率呈不规则的 S 形上升;白花抗寒性最强,其叶片和根的LT50分别为-10.97℃和23.18℃,大花的抗寒性最差,其叶片和根的 LT50分别为-4.29℃和-18.38℃。抗寒性依次为叶片,白花>龙之花>大花;根,白花>龙之花>海德伯恩杂交>大花。与田间调查基本吻合。

위급백자련적인충、추엄제공이론화실천의거,이백자련속(Agapanthus)중적백화、룡지화、해덕백은잡교화백화4개품충적협편화근위시험재료,통과측정강온처리과정중백자련협편화근적상대전도솔,결합 Logistic 방정계산적반치사온도(LT50),평개4개백자련품충재불동강온시기적항한성。결과표명:수착저온협박적가강,협편화근적전해질삼출솔정불규칙적 S 형상승;백화항한성최강,기협편화근적LT50분별위-10.97℃화23.18℃,대화적항한성최차,기협편화근적 LT50분별위-4.29℃화-18.38℃。항한성의차위협편,백화>룡지화>대화;근,백화>룡지화>해덕백은잡교>대화。여전간조사기본문합。
Leaves and roots from four varieties (White,longtubus,Headbourne Hybrids and Big Blue)belonged to Agriculture were used for test material to provide a theoretical and practical reference for introduction and generalization of agapanthus.By measuring the relative conductivity of leaves and roots in cooling process,combined with LT50 calculated by logistic equation,the cold resistance of four agapanthus varieties was evaluated in different cooling stage.Results:With strengthening low temperature stress,the electrolyte leakage rates of leaves and roots was of an irregular〝S〝shaped rise;White was of the strongest cold resistance,LT50 of leaves and roots were respectively -10.97℃ and 23.18℃,while Big Blue was of the worst cold resistance,with LT50 of -4.29℃ and -18.38℃ respectively.The cold resistance order of leaves was White> longtubus> Big Blue;For roots was White> longtubus>Headbourne Hybrids>Big Blue.Basically consistent with the field investigation.
