以3.2 MW半直驱式永磁风力发电机为例,分析了发电机极数、极槽配合选取、转子磁极结构、气隙值选取等对发电机性能的影响。建立了发电机的电磁场有限元计算模型,对发电机的输出性能进行了仿真分析计算。计算结果表明发电机达到了较高的技术指标要求。这为大型半直驱式永磁风力发电机的优化设计提供了一些有意义的参考。

Exemplarily, a 3. 2 megawatt half-direct-driven permanent magnet wind generator was designed. The number of poles, pole and slot matching, the magnetic pole structure of rotor and the size of air gap affect the performance of the generator. All of these affection was researched. The model of generator for finite element analysis has been formed. The result of the finite element analysis indicated that the performance of the generator was excellent. Some meaningful references for the design and optimize of large power half-direct-driven permanent magnet wind power generator was presented.
