针对井下高温、高压、振动且空间有限等诸多恶劣环境,提出了一种基于Halbach磁体的定子密封式涡轮永磁发电机,定子静密封取代磁耦合静密封,在保证压力平衡的同时,流经气隙的钻井液可以有效改善散热环境和润滑轴承;同时,Halbach磁体的单边聚磁特性和较好的气隙磁密正弦度可以有效地提高发电机功率密度,改善绕组反电势。最后,对其进行了包括电磁场、热流共轭耦合场、结构场的多物理场分析与计算,得到了发电机内流场、温度场和应力场的分布。样机温度与负载试验结果与仿真结果的对比验证了该方法的有效性。

Taking into account of downhole harsh environment such as high temperature, high pressure and limited space, a novel stator-sealed downhole turbine permanent magnet generator based on Halbach array magnets was presented. Conventional magnetic coupling was replaced by the separate seals of stator and magnet, which could make drilling fluid flow from the air gap of the generator via the sliding bearings. Then the effective lubrication of bearings and cooling of generator were achieved consequently as well as high power density and pressure balance of the generator in the downhole. A multi-physics design procedure based on finite element method was proposed involving the electromagnetic, thermal, fluid and stress field for downhole harsh environment. The simulation results of generator surface temperature were compared with prototype test results to verify its correctness.
