教育理念是指教育思想或观念,它是一种价值追求,是文化建设的最高层次.本文分析了5种教育理念对高职医学教育观和教学观的影响.教育理念对国家教育和教师的教育观和教学观具有规范和指导作用.我国高职医学院校的教育理念主要是白板人性教育观和行为主义教育观,以重教灌输知识为主、学生被动学习为主,培养目标是知识技术和实际操作能力为主,培养护士遵循的是以疾病为中心的护理理念;而欧美发达国家的教育理念是以人本主义教育观和建构主义教育观为主,以重学为主、学生自主学习为主,注重培养学生全面人格的健全和个性发展及职业价值观,适应了现代生物心理社会医学模式的发展,培养护士遵循的是以人的健康为中心的护理理念.我国高职医学教育,虽然以增加人文课程来弥补培养情感服务价值观的不足,但并没有从教育理念上根本改变培养目标和课程结构.同时,等地人性差别教育观对学生的个性发展与护理职业生涯的选择具有指导作用.

Educational philosophy refers to the education thought or idea.It is a pursuit of value and the highest level of cultural construction.This paper analyzes the influence of five kinds of educational philosophy to the higher vocational medical education and teaching.Educational philosophy has standardizing and guiding roles to national education and teacher's education concept.The main educational philosophy of school in china is behaviorism educational concept and blank tablet.The students are put great focus on imparting knowledge and their learning is passive.The training goal is technical knowledge and actual operation ability.Training of nurses is to follow the philosophy of care centers for disease.However,the main educational philosophy in European and America developed countries is the humanism education and constructivism education.They emphasize on learning and the learning is independent study.They focus on cultivating students' sound personality,professional values and personality development.This kind of concept adapts to the development of modern bio-psycho-social medical model.The nurses they trained have the care concept centered on human health.But in our country,instead of changing the training target and course structure fundamentally from educational philosophy.Occupation of medical education in China.Although to crease to compensate for the lack of emotional humanities courses training service values,but not from the education idea change fundamentally the training objectives and curriculum structure.At the same time,human nature education level difference view also has a guiding role in the development and choice of personality and nursing career.
