目的 了解医学院校不同家庭经济情况学生在毕业意向、就业地域、助力因素等方面的差异,为高校开展就业动态研究和就业指导工作提供一定参考依据.方法 自制调查问卷,对新乡医学院、新乡医学院三全学院5个年级377名学生进行问卷调查.结果 家庭经济情况较差学生欲毕业后直接就业的比例大于家庭经济情况良好学生,欲报考研究生的比例则低于后者;家庭经济情况良好学生对“西部及基层”“家乡所在地”等就业地域的选择比例高于家庭经济情况较差学生;家庭经济情况较差学生对于薪金丰厚、职业声望高的要求比例则高过家庭经济情况良好学生;两类学生都认为就业过程中最关键的助力因素为综合能力,其次为社会关系和实际动手能力.结论 相关部门需要加强宣传引导,鼓励医学生到基层和西部去,到祖国最需要的地方去,尤其加强对家庭经济情况较差学生的思想引导.高校应当重视教育宣传,帮助大学生树立良好择业观,引导医学生加强更高层次专业知识和综合技能的学习,并重视临床实习环节.

Objective To explore the difference in graduate intention,employment area and factor in boosting employment among medical college students in different economic situations,and to provide reference for college to carry out employment research and guidance.Methods 377 students of five grades from Xinxiang Medical University and Sanquan Medical College were investigated with questionaries.Results The direct employment proportion of poorer students are more than that of the students with better economic conditions after graduation,and the proportion of taking postgraduate entrance examination is contrary;the choice proportion of "western and the grassroots" and "home" is higher in the students with better economic conditions;the choice proportion of high salary and occupational prestige is higher in the students with poorer economic conditions.All students think that comprehensive ability,social relations and practical ability are critical for employment.Conclusions It is necessary to guide students to the grassroots and west,especially for poor students;students should pay attention to enhance the understanding of self-cognition and career planning,and establish a good career concept.In addition,it is very important to learn professional knowledge,comprehensive skills,and strengthen the importance of clinical practice for medical students.
