目的 探讨护理礼仪与形体训练实践教学中应用情景模拟教学方法的教学效果.方法 随机抽取沧州医学高等专科学校2011级三年制护理专业两个班118名学生为研究对象,按照班级将两班学生分为实验组和对照组.在护理礼仪与形体训练实践教学中,实验组采用情景模拟教学方法授课,对照组采用传统授课方法授课.课程结束后,对两组学生的基础护理技术进行考核,比较护理礼仪成绩,并采用自制问卷调查教师对两组学生运用护理礼仪知识的评价.结果 实验组学生的考核成绩明显优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);基础护理技术教师对实验组学生的评价较好.结论 在护理礼仪与形体训练课程中采用情景模拟教学方法优于传统教学方法,激发了学生学习的积极性,提高了教学效果.

Objective To discuss the teaching effect of applying scene simulation into nursing etiquette and physique training curriculum.Methods Through randomly selecting 118 students from two classes of freshmen in the school as the object,two classes were as control group and the other two as experimental group.Scene simulation teaching method and traditional teaching method were adopted in the experimental and control groups respectively.At the end of the course,the examination scores of nursing etiquette performance of basic nursing skills were compared and a self-made questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the students' application of nursing etiquette knowledge between the two group students.Results Examination scores of students in the experimental group is obviously better than that of the control group students,with significant difference(P<0.01);in addition the teachers gave a better appraisement to the experimental group students in nursing skills.Conclusions Using the scenario simulation teaching is superior to the traditional teaching in nursing etiquette and physique training course.It could arouse students' enthusiasm so as to improve the teaching effect.
