业余生活、工作、精神和身体等因素对医学生主观幸福感发挥着各自的特殊影响和作用.医学生主观幸福感偏低已经成为我国一个重要的公共卫生问题,这与医学生业余生活质量不佳、学习就业压力大、精神世界不丰富、身体敏感密切相关.医学院校应当大力开展人文素质教育,营造创新教育环境;全社会应当共同努力健全医疗体制,引导医学生积极就业;家长应当尽量创造健康和谐的家庭氛围,给予医学生精神上的支持.

The amateur life,work,spirit and physical factors have special influence on subjective well-being of medical students.The low subjective well-being of medical students has become an important public health problem in China,which is closely related to the students' monotonous amateur life,learning and employment pressure,poor spirit,and sensitive body.Medical colleges should vigorously carry out the humanistic quality education,create innovative education environment.The whole society should work together to improve the health care system,to guide the employment of medical students actively.Parents should try to create a healthy and harmonious family atmosphere,give students moral support.
