目的为了研究儿科学专业学位硕士研究生在临床实习前的压力因素及压力情境,编制压力源量表,并作信度效度检验.方法通过对既往七年制医学生的采访谈资料、文献研究和专家咨询,设计压力源调查表;对136名儿科学专业学位硕士研究生进行问卷调查;采用因子分析、Pearson相关性分析等统计学方法处理所收集数据,编制并检验压力源量表的信度效度.结果形成包括知识技能、沟通合作、责任心和个人生活4个维度的压力源量表.经过检验,量表的信度和效度基本达到测验编制的要求.结论儿科学专业学位硕士研究生实习前压力量表,作为评估分析研究生实习压力冈素的有效工具,可以为解决研究生心理问题实施干预和缓解压力提供依据.

Objective To research on stress factors and pressure situation in pre-clinical practice for pediatric postgraduates.To construct the stressors scale and test the reliability and validity for it.Methods According to the pediatric students' interview,literature research and expert consultation,construct an original questionnaire of pressure sources.The questionnaire survey was conducted among 136 postgraduates and the obtained data was analyzed statistically.Results The stressors scale has 4 dimensions,including knowledge and skills,communication and cooperation,responsibility and personal life.The reliability and validity of the stressors scale are generally up to the questionnaire-making points by correlative tests.Conclusions As an effective tool for analysis of stress factors,the stressors scale in preclinical practice for pediatric postgraduate will provide important basis for the intervention of the psychological problems.
