目的 调查八年制临床医学专业学生对科学研究的认知,对科研轮训模式的需求,评估目前科研轮训的效果,探索更为有效的轮训模式.方法 对上海交通大学医学院2009级八年制临床医学专业70名学生进行相关内容的问卷调查.结果 超过半数的八年制医学生对于科学研究的概念理解比较全面,但一半左右的学生对科研能力培养重要性的认识有偏差,大部分学生文献阅读类型相对局限.目前的轮训模式基本符合学生的需求,近一半的学生希望延长轮训时间.通过科研轮训,大部分学生认为其科研思维能力、动手能力等有明显提高.结论 八年制医学生对科学研究的认知有待提高,目前的轮训模式基本合理,但是轮训效果仍然有较大的提升空间,可以通过正确的引导,更丰富合理的轮训内容设置,提高科研轮训的趣味性和参与度等加以改进.

목적 조사팔년제림상의학전업학생대과학연구적인지,대과연륜훈모식적수구,평고목전과연륜훈적효과,탐색경위유효적륜훈모식.방법 대상해교통대학의학원2009급팔년제림상의학전업70명학생진행상관내용적문권조사.결과 초과반수적팔년제의학생대우과학연구적개념리해비교전면,단일반좌우적학생대과연능력배양중요성적인식유편차,대부분학생문헌열독류형상대국한.목전적륜훈모식기본부합학생적수구,근일반적학생희망연장륜훈시간.통과과연륜훈,대부분학생인위기과연사유능력、동수능력등유명현제고.결론 팔년제의학생대과학연구적인지유대제고,목전적륜훈모식기본합리,단시륜훈효과잉연유교대적제승공간,가이통과정학적인도,경봉부합리적륜훈내용설치,제고과연륜훈적취미성화삼여도등가이개진.
Objective Survey the cognition of scientific research,the requirement of scientific research training of 8-year program medical students.Evaluation the effect and explore more effective training model.Methods A questionnaire was designed according to the purpose of the survey and 70 students of 8-year medical program in Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were investigated.Results The concept of scientific research of half of the 8-year program medical students is relatively comprehensive.But about half of students have some deviation in the understanding of the significance of cultivating scientific research ability.The majority of the students read limited types of literature.The current patterns can basically compliance with the requirements of the students.About half of the students hope the training duration can be extended.Through scientific research training,most students think their ability is remarkable improved in scientific thinking and experimental ability.Conclusions The cognition of 8-year program medical students still needs to be enhanced.The pattern of the training is basically reasonable,but the effect has large development space.The effect can be improved through giving proper guidance,chosing more rich and reasonable training content and enhancing the entertaining and participation etc.
